适用性、针对性、有效性是高职教育教学的最高原则,“能力标准”是衡量高职教学选择优劣的评判标准。进行正确的教学选择,要使自己成为“反思型教师”,就必须形成教学研究的风气,树立与时俱进的职教观,坚持以人为本、实事求是的原则,强化人文、哲学社会科学知识和精神的滋养。

Whatever happens in higher vocational education （HVE） should be directed by the employment of students, focused on the core of improving students＇ employment skills,and subjected to the service of the needs of students＇ employment. The higher principle of HVE should be of suitability,adaptability and effectiveness. The judging standard for the teaching quality is ＂the competence criteria＂ Carrying out right teaching options and making us retro-thinking teachers requires the setting up of the teaching and research atmosphere,as well as vocational teaching concept of ＂advancement with times＂,the sticking to people-oriented and facts-based orinciole.and the emphasis on the, nourishment of humane and philosophical knowledge and spirit.
