对加强文化教学提高学生跨文化交际能力的几点思考

Developing Students' Intercultural Communication Competence through Cultural Teaching in TEFL

随着国际合作交流的进一步深入,社会对具备跨文化交际能力的人才需求将越来越大;目前大学生的文化能力远不能满足跨文化交流的需要,加强文化教学提高大学生跨文化交际意识和能力显得日益紧迫。文章阐述了跨文化交际能力的内涵和组成因素,提出了提高跨文化的交际能力才是外语教学的主要目标,分析了实施文化教学的重要性与迫切性,并对如何在大学英语教学中开展文化教学提高学生跨文化交际能力作了一些建议与思考。

With the globalization and development of the world,people from different cultural backgrounds are having more and more communication. How to develop students＇ intercultural communication competence poses a question in EFt. teaching, This paper tries to offer an answer to this question.It firstly discusses the connotation of ICC competence,and then illustrates the importance and necessity of implementing cultural teaching in TEFL. Finally,the author dwells on some measures on how to develop students＇ ICC competence.
