随着我国高等教育的快速发展,高校大学生人数连年增加,使得学校和社会面临巨大的就业压力。因此,解决高校毕业生的就业就显得很紧迫。文章讨论了在现今就业形式趋向多样化的情况下,为促进高校毕业生的就业,社会、学校和学生就有必要重新认识就业的概念和目标,提出了学校帮助学生规划自己的职业生涯、培养学生的创新创业能力、加大就业指导的力度的方法和促进大学生就业的措施。

With the fast development of higher education,the number of university student is increasing year by year,the school and society are facing huge employment pressure, So, it is high time to solve the employment problem of graduates. This article discuss that under the condition of employment style tending to diversification, in order to promote employment, society, school and student should know the concept and aim of employment over again;and this article also puts forward the ways and measures about how to help students plan themselves career,cultivate the innovative ability and enhance the degree of employment guide.
