廉政是一个目标,实现廉洁政治既是马克思主义执政党的重要目标,也是全人类共同为之奋斗的政治目标。廉政是一个过程,廉政不可能毕其功于一役,它是一个长期的、连续的、建设的历史过程,必将经历若干发展阶段。廉政是一种行为,廉政有其自身发展的规律,这就要求我们在研究权力运行的过程中,探索科学有效的约束和制约权力非公共运用的渠道和途径。

Corruption-free politics is an objective in the sense that its realization is an important target sought by the Marxist party in power and a political aim that human beings pursue. Corruption-free politics is also a process, which is a long - term, continuing and constructive historical enterprise, and which can not be accomplished via any once for all effort and which inevitably has to undergo a number of developmental stages. Moreover, corruption-free politics assumes a type of behavior of its own nature, which demands that we, in our study of the operation of power, explore scientific and effective approaches that can place constraints on use of power for non-public purposes.
