摘要
近几年由于市场的旺盛需求，钢材价格上涨较快，价格的上涨带来高额利润，使得社会投资蜂拥而入，促进了钢铁工业的建设飞速发展，产能剧增。现阶段钢铁业的投资已经由国家投资为主转变为以企业自筹和民间投资为主，资金的属性决定了目前投资注重回报与规避风险的特征。本文旨在通过对我国钢铁企业工程建设管理的系统分析，探讨大型工程项目建设管理中的理论和方法。
Higher and higher profits of steel product have attracted more and more investment into iron ＆ steel industry because of prosperous market in China and have made the productivity increase quickly in recent years. Now more and more iron ＆ steel companies are invested by social capital instead of Chinese government, which determines that the investment should pay more attention to profits and risks. The theory and methods are studied based on systemic analysis for project construction management of iron ＆ steel enterprises.
