摘要
自从中国加入WTO以来，国内公司与国外公司的交流越来越频繁，合作也越来越多。本文结合中厚板卷厂炉卷工程轧钢部分的项目建设，介绍了设备进口过程的一些管理程序。
Communication and cooperation with foreign corporations are more and more frequent since entry into WTO. The management procedures of equipment importation are introduced in the paper.
