摘要
南钢宽厚板连铸机安装了结晶器专家系统，在连铸生产过程中，这套系统对于减少连铸机粘连漏钢发挥了巨大作用。通过结晶器专家系统可以评估各种工艺参数、原材料的适应性，指导处理结晶器内的异常现象。
Mold expert system in continuous casting machine is installed. It not only plays an important role in decreasing breakout of molten steel during the production but also helps us get a lot of experience from many aspects such as evaluation of technical parameters, adaptability of material and instruction of dealing with abnormity.
