摘要
本文从动态的角度分析了圆刻机在连续刻划时轴系误差与转速的变化关系,并求得系统的固有圆频率,为圆刻机的设计改造提供了一条理论依据。
Improving rotating speed and accuracy of shaft system is key for redesigning radial calibration machine to improve its productivity. Dynamic revolving error of shaft system should be researched for this purpose. The relationship between dynamic revolv.ing error of shaft and rotating speed was discussed in this paper. Dynamic deflection of the shaft system was obtained by means of calculating resonance frequency of the system in the form of continuously working. Revolving error of workplate centre on the shaft end was analysed according to the dynamic deflection. Therefore,influencing upon totalaccuracy of the machine caused by it can be known. Field test and measurement of the revolving error of shaft had been carried out to prove above theoretical analyse. It was certified by practice that the analysing is correct. A theoretical basis was provided for redesigning the machine.
