摘要
由于人的复杂性和信息不对称,以及外部环境的不确定性,使得人力资源风险存在于管理的整个过程,通过对人力资源获取、保留、开发、使用过程中的风险识别、衡量、控制,可以尽可能的减少人力资源的损耗和流失。
The hazard of human resource exists in the whole process of management because of complication of human and obstacles in information transmission and the uncertainty of the outside environment. By distinguishing, measuring and controlling the hazard in the process of obtaining, preserving, opening and using humanresource ,the loss of humanresource can be reduced as low as possible.
