摘要
本文以青海民族地区为背景,以民族地区教师的专业化发展为切入点,从国家对教师职业的法规性要求和新课程改革对教师专业发展的要求出发,对青海民族地区教师专业发展的标准及策略进行了探索。
The article is based on the research on the strategy and the stand ands of the development of teacher' s special subject in minority area according to its background, developing characteristic and the law regulations which is applied to the innovation of the new curriculum.
