Requirements of the Middle School Teachers and Primary School Teachers on Modern Educational Technology Attainments

基础教育在我国的教育体系中具有举足轻重的地位,中小学教师是我国教师队伍中很庞大的一支队伍,随着我国教育现代化进程的不断推进,对中小学教师提出了相应的能力素质要求,掌握现代教育技术是中小学教师能力结构中一个很重要的成份,本文主要阐述了中小学教师现代教育技术素养要求的几个方面。

Elementary education occupies a pivotal position in the educational system of China,and middle school teachers also primary school teachers have formed a dicisive force in our educational profession. However ,with the constant impetus of the modernization of educational technology,further attainments are required of these teachers accordingly. Moreover, the mastery of modem educational technology is a vital part for these teachers, so this paper mainly talks about some aspects of the requirements.
