摘要 原始卵泡的形成及其向初级卵泡的转化是卵泡发育过程中的一个重要阶段,是由多种内分泌、旁分泌和自分泌因素调控的生理过程。高水平的类固醇激素会抑制卵泡的形成,局部分泌的kit配基、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子、白血病抑制因子、角质形成细胞生长因子、骨形态发生蛋白等可促进原始卵泡向初级卵泡的转化,而抗缪勒氏激素则对这一过程有抑制作用。 The assembly and transition of the primordial follicles are crucial processes in ovarian development. They are physiological process regulated by several factors from endocrine, paracrine and autocrine. High-level steroid hormones could inhibit the assembly process of primordial follicles; Locally produced factors such as kit ligand, basic fibroblast growth factor,leukaemia inhibitory factor, keratinocyte growth factor ,bone morphogenic proteins could promote the transition of primordial to primary follicle but anti- Mullerian hormone could restrain the process.
