面筋蛋白酶解物调节肉鸡免疫器官及ND抗体水平的研究 被引量:7

摘要 选用160只雄性AA肉鸡,随机分为对照组,试验1组,2组和3组,每组40只。试验组肌肉注射经氯化钠缓冲液洗涤法制备的面筋蛋白的弹性蛋白酶酶解物。对照组肌肉注射生理盐水,每隔7 d注射1次。结果显示,与对照组相比,试验2组的肉鸡血清新城疫病毒抗体滴度14日龄和21日龄分别显著性上升了1.3个和1.1个滴度(P<0.05);试验1组和3组也有所提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验2组胸腺比对照组提高了26.4%(P<0.05);各试验组的GH浓度都比对照组高(P<0.05,P<0.01或P<0.001);试验2组T3水平比对照组高18.7%(P<0.01);各试验组的胰岛素、T4水平与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。结果表明肌肉注射弹性蛋白胃蛋白酶酶解物能够增强肉鸡免疫功能,并且这种作用与肉鸡内分泌的调理有较为密切的联系,其中以弹性蛋白酶水解面筋2 h的蛋白效果最佳。 160 male AA broiler chickens were randomly assigned to control group and 3 treatment groups (40 chickens per group). The chickens in treatment groups were injected with prepared gluten hydrolysates and the control group injected with normal saline per 7 days. The results of the experiments showed that, compared with control group, the HI (hemagglutination inhibition) titer of NDV of experiment group 2 increased by 1.3 and 1.1 titers on 14 and 21 days,respectively ( P 〈 0. 05), and the experiment I and 3 groups had a little enhancing, but no significant difference. The weight of the thymus of experiment 2 groups significantly increased by 26.4 % ( P 〈0.05). The GH of all the experiment groups were significant higher than the control group ( P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01 or P 〈0. 001) ; The lever of triiodothyronine in the experiment group 2 significantly increased by 18.7% ( P 〈0.01) ; There were no significant difference in insulin and thyroxin between treatment and control groups. The study indicated that gluten hydrolysates could significantly improve the immunity of broiler chickens and the effect of gluten hydrolysates had close relationship with the endocrine regulation, especially the 2 hours of gluten hydrolysates with elastase was the best.
