摘要
本文采用紫外分光光度法研究了尿酸与四氯苯醌之间的荷移反应.在水溶液中,尿酸与四氯苯醌迅速形成稳定的荷移配合物,其配合比为1∶1.最大吸收波长231nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为ε=1.03×106L/mol.cm,线性范围是3.03×10-8mol/L-1.01×10-5mol/L,平均回收率为99.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.48%(n=5).
A new spectrophotometric method was developed for the determination of tetrachlorobenquinone based on the charge transfer complex of tetrachlorobenquinone and uric acid. The composition of complex of uric acid with tetrachlorobenquinone is I: 1. The ε of complex is 1.03 × 10^6L/mol. cm(A = 231 nm). The calibration curve is linear in the concentration range of 3.03×10^-1mol/L-1.01×10^-5mol/L with the recovery of 99.4% and RSD of 1.48% (n=5).
