摘要
使用微分几何中的曲率算法,建立了用圆柱形砂轮刃磨球头立铣刀端刃后刀面时,砂轮与S形端刃的曲率干涉校核的数学模型,借助于该模型,可确定不发生干涉的砂轮参数值。
A mathematical model for curvature interference checking between the grinding wheel and the S shaped edge of the ball-nose end mill during the grinding of the clearance face of the end cutting edge is developed using the curvature algorithm in differential geometry.With the help of the model the parameters of the grinding wheel can be determined without curvature interference.
