摘要
准确识别发动机各种噪声源的特征是发动机减振降噪改进设计的基础。文章采用1米噪声测量、燃烧噪声测量、近场声强测量、阶次跟踪测量、振动测量等多种方法对某四缸多点喷射汽油机进行全面测试分析,确定了该汽油机主要的表面辐射噪声源,分析了不同工况、转速对各噪声源的影响,为该机型的减振降噪改进设计提供了分析参考和依据。
It is crucial to exactly identify the engine noise source character for engine modification in order to reduce the noise and vibration.In the study,the authors adopt several measurement methods,such as 1 meter Sound Pressure Level(SPL),combustion noise,near field sound intensity,order tracing technique,vibration etc.,to test the MPI 4 cylinder gasoline engine,and find the main noise sources,and analyze the effects under different engine speed and load.As a result,many reference and useful data are obtained for the engine noise and vibration reduction of this model.
