摘要
晶粒生长过程的蒙特卡罗法计算机模拟是研究晶粒生长过程的重要内容,而Voronoi模型的建立是该计算机模拟的关键。详细介绍了Voronoi模型的原理、方法和程序实现,并在程序中引入链表结构。试验表明:链表结构的引入可大幅度提高模拟效率。
Monte Carlo computer simulation of grain growth is very important in research of grain growth. Voronoi model is the key step in this computer simulation. The principle, method and establishment of this model are introduced in this paper. List structure is applied in this model. The experiment indicates that the list structure can improve efficiency greatly in simulation.
