铜铬合金等径角挤压后的组织与性能 被引量:11

摘要 采用等径角挤压(ECAP)对铜铬合金(Cu/3.75%Cr)进行加工,并进行了金相及扫描电镜分析。结果表明:ECAP导致材料晶粒细化十分明显,铬在合金中仍以颗粒状均匀分布。同时,ECAP加工后铜铬合金硬度和抗拉强度也有很大提高。 The method of equal channel angular pressing(ECAP) was used in the manufacture process of the alloy CwCr (Cu/3. 75%Cr). The metallographic and SEM examination were performed. The results indicate that the grain size was obviously refined, and the Cr precipitates in the Cu-Cr were distributed well. The hardness and tensile strength of the copper alloy increased a lot.
