摘要
目的:对取环困难应用超声引导下监视宫腔取环,分析其临床应用价值。方法:对45例常规取环困难、常规及宫腔镜取环失败者采用超声引导全程监视宫腔镜取环。结果:宫腔镜取环成功率为100%,未发生子宫损伤或子宫穿孔。结论:B超引导下监视宫腔取环,使原来盲目、困难的手术变得安全、可靠。
Objective： To evaluate the role of application of ultrasound guided taking out IUD. Methods： 42 cases that were difficult in taking out IUD in routine method and unsuccessful cavity operation, were operated by monitoring with ultrasound guided. Results： The successful ratio was 100%. No uterine injury or perforation occurred. Conclusion： Taking out IUD monitored with ultrasound guided makes it possible that the difficult operation is changed into safety and reality.
