微波联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶预防阴道尖锐湿疣复发的疗效观察

The effect of Microwave in conjunction with Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Gel in preventing the relapse of Condyloma Acuminatum(CA) in vagina

目的：评价微波联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶预防阴道尖锐湿疣复发的疗效。方法：126例尖锐湿疣患者随机分成两组，治疗组72例以国产微波治疗仪去除湿疣后，采用重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶局部外涂，4次／d，并隔晚放人阴道，连续6周，微波连续输出功率为40～70w，频率是（2450±50）MHz。对照组54例单纯用微波治疗术。结果：微波联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶治疗组的痊愈率是84．8％（61／72），对照组的痊愈率是53．7％（29／54）．治疗组的复发率是18．1％（13／72），对照组的复发率是48．17％（26／54），两组比较差异有显著性（P=0．001）。结论：治疗组的痊愈率明显高于对照组，复发率低于对照组，微波联合重组人干扰素α-2b凝胶预防阴道尖锐湿疣的疗效显著，复发率低。

Objective： To evaluate the effect of microwave in conjunction with interferonα- 2b gel to prevent the relapse of Condyloma Acuminatvm （CA） in vagina. . Methods： Among 126 cases , 72 cases of cure group used the recombinant human interferon α- 2b after treated by microwave, 54 cases eft contra used microwave only. The power of the microwave was 40 ～ 70W, frequency was 2450 ± 50 MHz.. Results： The overall effective of cure group was 84. 8% （61/72）, and that of contra group was 53. 7% （29/54）. The relapse rate of cure group was 18. 1% （13/72）, and that of contra group was 48. 17% （26/54）. The difference of the two group was distinct （ P 〈 0. 05）.. Conclusion： The overall rate of the cure group was much higher than the contra group and the relapse rate was lower. The efficacy of microwave in conjunction with interferon α- 2b gel in treating CA in vagina is remarkable and the rate of relapse is very low. .
