哮喘患儿血浆IL-4测定及其意义

摘要 目的:观察哮喘患儿血浆IL-4水平,了解哮喘患儿的免疫学特征。方法:检测哮喘患儿血浆IL-4、IgE含量,对血浆IL-4与血浆总IgE进行相关性分析;ELISA法测定血浆IL-4和血浆总IgE。结果:①实验组血浆IL-4水平为115.8±48.5 pg/m l,较正常对照组儿童血浆IL-4水平38.3±10.0 pg/m l明显增高,两组差异显著(P<0.01)。②实验组血浆总IgE水平为185.3±51.3 kU/L,较正常对照组儿童血浆总IgE水平45.6±16.0 kU/L明显增高,两组差异显著(P<0.01)。③血浆IL-4与血浆总IgE水平呈正相关,r=0.693,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:哮喘患儿血浆IL-4较正常儿童明显增高,血浆IL-4检测对于哮喘患儿诊断治疗有重要意义。 Objective: To observe the blood plasma IL - 4 level of asthmatic children and to realize the immunological characters of asthmatic children. Methods: The contents of blood plasma IL -4 and total IgE in the asthmatic children were observed and the relativity be- tween the blood plasma IL- 4 level and the total IgE level were analyzed. Blood plasma IL -4and total IgE levels were measured in the ELISA method. Results: ①The blood plasma IL - 4 levels in the experimental group were significantly higher than that of normal group (115.8 ±48. 5pg/ml va38. 3 ± 10. 0 pg/ml, P 〈0. 01 ). ②The blood plasma total IgE levels in the asthmatic children were significantly higher than that of normal group ( 185.3 ±51.3KU/L vs 45.6 ± 16. 0 KU/L, P 〈0. 01 ). ③The relativity between the blood plasma IL -4 level and the total IgE levd showed positive correlation (r =0. 693, P 〈0. 01 ) . Conclusion: The blood plasma IL-4 levels in the asthmatic children are significantly higher than that of normal group. It is very important for diagnosis and treatment of asthmatic children to measure blood plasma IL- 4 level.
