摘要
进入21世纪,国家制定了优先开发水电的方针,水电建设迎来了前所未有的发展机遇。在介绍我国水力资源总量及其分布情况、水力资源在能源结构中的地位的基础上,分析了我国水电开发现状,对2020年我国常规水电、抽水蓄能发展目标,以及2020年至2050年水电开发前景、“藏电外送”和新世纪水电科学技术发展前景进行了展望,并提出了实现我国水电可持续发展的若干战略措施。
Stepping into 21 century, the State has formulated the policy of giving priority to the development of hydropower so that the hydropower construction in China has met a unprecedented development opportunity. This paper describes the total amount of hydropower resources.in China and its distribution and the position and role of hydropower resources in the energy structure, and analyzes the status quo of the hydropower development in China. This paper also gives the development goals of traditional hydropower and pumped-storage power in our country in 2020, the prospects for hydropower development between 2020 and 2050, power transmission from Tibet to outsides and the development prospects for hydropower sciences and technology in new century. Meanwhile this paper puts forward several strategic measures for realizing the sustainable hydropower development in China.
