Analysis on the Causes of the Failure of Ring Gate Jam Signal in Xiaolangdi Hydropower Station

小浪底水电站筒阀控制系统自2000年投运至今已运行了5年,从运行和检修情况来看,系统可靠性好,控制精度高,但筒阀发卡误报警信号却频繁出现,影响了设备的正常运行。为此,进行了认真的分析和研究,并分别采取相应的措施,该问题得到解决。

The ring gate control system of Xiaolangdi hydropower station has been put into operation for five years since 2000. The system exhibited better reliability and higher accuracy in operation and maintenance. But the ring gate jammed signals occurred frequently and greatly interfered the normal operation of the units. After carefully investigation and analysis, we found some methods and measures to solve this problem.
