钟摆钻具带液力推力器组合提高大倾角地层钻井速度试验 被引量:8

摘要 川东高陡构造上部地层倾角一般在30°~50°,最高达85°,在上部大倾角地层中钻进极易出现井斜,即使采用钟摆钻具组合,钻压也只有平缓地层的30%~50%,钻井速度较低。钟摆钻具带液力推力器组合由于钻头加压方式的改变和钟摆力的存在,具有较强的防斜作用。大倾角地层试验表明该组合可较大程度提高钻压,达到有效控制井斜和提高钻井速度的目的。已在荀西4、天东80等井上部大倾角地层试验,钻压较邻井同井段提高30%~50%,较大地提高了机械钻速。 It is easy to produce deviation when drilling in the top formations with big dip angle since the dip angle of the formations is usually 30°-50°, even up to 85° at the top of East Sichuan high steep structure. Even using pendulum assembly, the bit pressure is only between 30% and 50% of that in gentle formations, which makes the penetration rate lower. The pendulum assembly with hydraulic propulsion device has powerful effect of deviation resistance because the pressure-fulfilling mode of its bit changes and the pendulum force exists. Applying the assembly in the formations with big dip angle, the bit pressure can be increased greatly to reach the purpose of controlling deviation and improving penetration rate. The research results are applied in the top formations with big dip angle for the wells Gouxi 4 and Tiandong 80, etc. The good technical and economic benefits are achieved. The bit pressure increases 30%-50% more than that in the adjacent wells and the penetration rate also increases greatly.
