气举阀气举排液采气工艺参数设计与优选技术研究 被引量:29

摘要 东濮凹陷气藏多属低渗致密砂岩气藏,开发过程中表现为气井产能低、压力下降快、地层水矿化度高、积液影响严重等特征。气举排液是一项常用的气井排液采气工艺方法,具有很强的适应性,不但适用于低产气井的辅助排液采气,而且还适用于各种类型积液停产气井的诱喷排液复产。受井筒流态差异的影响,气井气举阀气举诱喷排液不同于油井气举阀气举采油,简单照搬油井气举阀排液设计模式难以在气井诱喷中获得成功。文章结合工作实践,对气举阀及气举排液采气工作原理进行了剖析,对气举排液采气工艺特点与影响因素进行了论述,对气举排液采气工艺参数进行了设计,并编制了软件,实现了程序化,现场应用取得了较好效果。 Most of the gas reservoirs in Dongpu sag are low-permeability tight sandstone gas reservoirs, characterized by low deliverability, rapid decline of pressure, high salinity of formation water and serious influences of liquid loading. Gas lift flowing back is a common gas production technology through flowing back in gas well and has strong applicability. It not only can be used to assist gas production through flowing back in gas stringer, but also can be used to restore production through induced flow in off-production gas wells due to liquid loading. GLV gas lift induced flow in gas well is different with GLV gas lift oil production in oil well because of different borehole flow regimes, thus a simple copy of the design of GLV flowing back for oil well cannot be successfully used in induced flow of gas well. This paper analyzes the operating principles of GLV and gas production through gas lift flowing back and discusses the technological characteristics and influential factors. Technological parameters are designed and software is programmed. Field application has achieved good effects.
