京津冀地区天然气产业制约因素分析

ANALYSIS OF RESTRICTIVE FACTOR OF GAS INDUSTRY IN BEIJING-TIANJIN-HEBEI

为促进京津冀地区天然气产业的持续健康发展,文章研究了资源基础、调峰能力、用户构成及价格体系等实际情况,从鄂尔多斯盆地的天然气资源状况和京津冀消费态势出发,分析了京津冀地区天然气产业一体化发展中的主要制约因素,并提出相应的对策建议,为制定相应的能源政策提供依据。

In order to improve sustainable and healthy development of gas industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, the resource base, capacity of peak adjustment, composition of consumers and price system are studied. Beginning with the status of natural gas resources in Ordos basin and gas consumption in this region, it analyzes the major restrictive factors of the integrated development of gas industry in this area, presents corresponding proposals, and provides a basis to formulate relevant energy policy.
