摘要
针对破损船舶安全评价系统的复杂性和模糊性,利用模糊综合评价方法对由船员、船舶、环境三要素所构成的交通系统进行评价.通过确定评价指标和隶属度最终给出评价的确定值.对实际船舶的操作具有一定的指导意义.
The synthesized assessment on the state of damaged ships was fuzzy and complex. The AHP method was used to assess the system of crew, ship and environment. With the method we can confirm the result and give advices for the decision.
