摘要
探讨了港口件杂货物流系统的构成、业务流程、成本结构和运作机制;秉承物流一体化的管理思想,运用优化理论建立了件杂货港口的仓库管理和待泊船舶遴选的数学模型;结合港口的管理实践进行了案例分析;研究结果表明,模型具有有效性和可操作性.
First, the system composition, business process, cost structure and operations mechanism of the general cargo port logistics system were analyzed. Then the mathematical model for the warehouse management and ship selection was established based on the concept of integrated logistics using optimization theory. Finally, a real case was studied which manifests the feasibility and operability of this model.
