Numeralized administration and decision on marine safety

利用3S一体化技术构建了数字化海洋安全管理决策系统.通过人机交互,为用户提供界面操作,集图像、表格、文字等多媒体表达方式于一体,从可视化角度反映海洋安全信息,实现海洋安全管理与应急决策等功能.为政府部门进行海洋领土管理、海洋资源与环境管理提供一种新方法,且能为快速、有效、合理地处理突发安全事故提供必要的科学依据.

The numeralized administration and decision on marine safety was set up by integrating 3S. The operated interfaces could be offered by the human-computer interaction function of the system. Furthermore, such multimedia functions could be incorporated by the system as picture, view, chart, words and so on. From the view-point of visibility, the information of marine safety may be reflected by the system. And the administration and decision function of system has been achieved. It becomes a kind of new method for the government department to carry on the management of ocean territory, marine resources and marine environment. Moreover the necessary scientific basis can be provided for dealing with the safety accident fast, efficiently and reasonably.
