New method of preparing the super absorbent polymer with sweet potato starch

摘要 以简化生产工艺为目的,研究了甘薯淀粉经常温糊化后,通过水溶液共聚法与丙烯酸接枝共聚制备淀粉基高吸水树脂的新方法;该法制备的高吸水树脂吸去离子水达1 000 g/g,吸生理盐水达84 g/g,在70℃或110℃下12 h保水率分别为60%或18%。 In order to simplify the working process, a new method that acrylic acid was polymerized in aqueous solution onto sweet potato starch which was gelatinizated by sodium hydroxide was studied. The results show that the capacity of absorption of deionized water and 0. 9% NaCl solution by the super absorbent polymer made by this method was 1 000 g/g and 84 g/g, respectively,and that the water retentiveness was 60% in 12 hours at 70℃ ,but 18% at 110℃.
