分析目前砖瓦企业劳动力紧张和招工难的状况,指出应尽快转变观念,改革用工制度,制订科学的劳动定额,提高机械化程度,以解决劳动力不足的问题.
The article analyses the present feature of stringency in brick-tile enterprises' laberforce and difficulty in enrollment. It points out that the prevailing conceptions should be changed, and the old employment system should be renovated, scientific working norm established, level of mechanization raised in order to solve the laborforce deficiency status problem.
