咪唑安定-芬太尼-异丙酚麻醉诱导循环稳定的影响因素

摘要 将ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级全麻患者180例,以不同剂量的咪唑安定、芬太尼与异丙酚联合诱导至睫毛反射消失,观察平均动脉压变化(即△MAP),逐步回归分析影响△MAP的主要因素。结果显示剔选水平取0.15时.14个研究因素中诱导前MAP、芬太尼用量、血肌酐、异丙酚剂量、年龄、血白蛋白、瘦体重和用药途径8个因素入选最优回归方程(F=12.690,P〈0.01)。提示上述因素是影响诱导期间循环稳定的主要因素。
