摘要
目的：测定半夏中微量元素铅、镉、砷、汞和农药六六六、滴滴涕的含量。方法：原子吸收分光光度法，原子荧光光谱法。气相色谱法。结果：半夏中铅的含量为1．9438—3．6938mg／kg，镉的含量为0．3988—1．9440mg／kg，砷的含量为0．1940-0．9643mg／kg，汞的含量为0．0040-0．1420mg／kg；半夏中总六六六的含量为0．04％～0．57％，总滴滴涕的含量的含量为0．03～0．07％。结论：半夏中重金属、六六六和滴滴涕的含量符合相关规定。
AIM ： To determine trace elements lead, cadmium, arsensic, mercury and agrochemical 666, DDT in Pinellia ternata. METHODS： Atom absorbtion spectrophotometry, atom fluorescene spectrum and Gas Chroma- tography were used. RESULTS： The content of lead in Pinellia ternata was 1. 9438 -3. 6938 mg/kg, that of cad- mium was 0. 3988 - 1. 9440 mg/kg, that of arsenic was 0. 1940 - 0. 9643 mg/kg, that of mercury was 0. 0040 - 0. 1420 mg/kg, The content of total BHC was 0.04% - 0.57%, that of total DDT was 0.03 - 0.07%. CONCLUSION： The content of heavy metal and that of BHC and DDT is up to correlative regulation.
