运用管理学和经济学的相关理论,结合2005年3月卫生部颁发的《医院管理评价指南(试行)》,分析现阶段医院发展的综合目标和医院管理的核心内容,探讨如何建立医院的目标管理体系,如何实现医院的可持续发展,如何构建和谐医患关系。
Use the related management theory and the economic theory.Reference the evaluation guidelines of the hospital management promulgated by the Ministry of Health.
