深圳,一度是中国改革开放的窗口,是我国沿海的经济明珠。随着城市的迅猛发展,其地产开发有着明显的新兴城市的特点注重环境,人本为先,设计考究,理念时尚。本文通过对深圳规模较大、经营较为成功的华侨城区的房地产开发的调查和分析,对它所取得的成功与失策做出阐述和分析,并针对地产开发中相对应的现象提出了一些思考。

ShenZhcn is the window of China＇s reform and opening-up for a t/me, and also is a coastal economic pearl in our country. With the swift and violent dcvelopmont, its teal estate development has an obvious characteristic of boomtown： concerning with the environment, people arc originally the first, the design is exquisite, and the idea is fashionable. This paper investigated and analyzed the development of real estate in the sizeable, successful overseas Chinese city of ShenZhen, and further explained and analyzed the successful and unwise aspects, and addressed the corresponding phenomena to propose some thinking in the development of the real estate.
