摘要
以蟹壳为原料,研究了O-羧甲基壳聚糖的制备原理和方法;研究了盐酸浓度以及甲壳素在脱乙酰反应时不同反应时间和反应温度对壳聚糖性能的影响。
The principle and method of preparing O-earboxymethyl chitosan from crab shell was studied. The effect of hydrochloric acid concentration and reaction variables (temperature and time) on the performances of chitosan was investigated when chitin was deacetylated with alkali.
