机器人堆焊快速成型的实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 分析了堆焊快速成型的基本工艺参数对成型焊缝几何形状的影响,并进行了堆焊单壁墙试验,同时对试样进行了显微组织分析。结果表明,堆焊技术是可以用于快速成型的,并可以得到组织致密的金属零件。 The effect of welding parameters of surfacing welding shaping on geometric appearance of seam has been analyzed,also, the single-track multi-layers surfacing welding experiments have been carried out.Moreover, metallographic analyses of the scan have been conducted,h is found that surfacing welding shaping can be applied in rapid prototyping,and consequently metal components with compact texture can be obtained.
