摘要 目的探讨B型利钠肽(BNP)浓度在无症状和有症状的左室舒张功能障碍患者中的变化及临床意义。方法对经超声心动图检测符合心脏单纯左室舒张功能障碍的60例心血管病患者根据临床症状分为无症状左室舒张功能障碍组(无症状组)和有症状左室舒张功能障碍组 (有症状组)。采用固相免疫放射分析法检测血浆BNP浓度,并与健康查体者20例(正常对照组) 进行对比分析。结果正常对照组、无症状左室舒张功能障碍组、有症状左室舒张功能障碍患者组血浆BNP浓度依次递增,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血浆BNP浓度升高可反映左室舒张功能障碍及其严重程度。 Objective To explore the change and implication of plasma B- type natriuretie peptide (BNP)level in patients with asymptomatic and asymptomatie symptomatic left ventrieular (LV) diastolic dysfunction. Methods Twenty normal controls and 60 patients referred for echoeardiography to evaluate the presence LV dysfunction. Patients with abnormal systolic function were excluded. Patients were classified as asymptomatic LV diastolic dysfunction group and minimally symptomatic LV diastolic dysfunction group. The plasma BNP concentrations was determined by solid - phase immunoradiometric assay. Results Asymptomatic LV diastolic dysfunction group and symptomatic LV diastolic dysfunction group had higher BNP level than normal controls (P〈 0.01). Patients with symptomatic diastolic dysfunction had higher BNP level than those patients with asymptomatic diastolic dysfunction (P 〈 0. 01). Conclusions BNP elevated makes an oseful indicator for LV diastolic function.
