摘要
选用0.2μm微滤膜对浓度为2.5%添加单宁酶的绿茶液进行微滤处理,并从单宁酶对膜过程影响和膜过程对单宁酶酶促反应的影响两方面,比较分析了加酶微滤液对微滤工效、料液品质的影响。结果表明:外源单宁酶的加入能有效提高微滤工效和微滤液的生化得率,微滤过程有利于单宁酶酶促反应朝产物方向进行。
The 2.5% green tea liquor added to external tannase was dealed with 0.2μm micro-filtration membrane. The effect of micro-filtrated liquor with tannase on the micro-filtration efficiency and the green tea liquor quality were analyzed from both effects of tannase on micro-filtration process and micro-filtration process on tannase. The results showed that adding the external tannase can improve the micro-filtration efficiency and the yield rate of micro-filtrated liquor, and the micro-filtration process is beneficial to the tannase enzyming reaction.
