摘要
传统图书馆知识管理使知识的传播和扩散半径极大地受制于图书馆的物理辐射半径,制约了知识的创新速度。通过对知识管理多态性的分析,本文提出了若干基于知识管理的改进方法,使之顺应了信息时代知识创新的发展要求。最后,文章展望了信息时代图书馆知识管理的发展趋势。
The traditional knowledge management in library makes far more limited the spread and proliferation of knowledge by its physical radiant radius and slows down the speed of knowledge innovation. Analyzing the multicharacter of knowledge management, this text present several improvements in knowledge management by which the current libraries can fulfill the needs of knowledge innovation in the information age. At end, the text depicts the developing trends of knowledge management in the library.
