随着高校图书馆建设的发展,馆藏文献越来越丰富,文献载体的形式越来越多,因此,信息资源利用的指导和咨询越来越重要,参考咨询服务将成为读者服务的中心所在。高校图书馆应根据学校教学和科研的需要,开展适合高校图书馆的参考咨询服务。
