关于图书采购及采购业务外包的思考

On the Books Purchase and the Out Sourcing

本文分析了图书采购业务招标的原因,以及采购业务招标的利与弊,并就目前陕西理工学院图书馆在采购业务招标以及部分采编业务外包过程中遇到的一些问题,提出了自己的看法。

This paper explores the cause for the bidding of books purchase in the library and its advantages and disadvantages. And the author also states her own reflections on the problem concerned with the bidding and part of out-contracting cataloguing of the purchased books for the library at Southwest of Science and Technology and put forward some suggestions on how to resolve them.
