摘要
由于环境引起的耐久性损伤使结构的抗震性能不断劣化,但在役结构的后续使用期往往又小于其设计使用期,从概率角度考虑,应对结构在今后可能遭遇的地震作用予以折减,显然,前者对结构性能评估是不利因素,而后者却是有利因素。应用当前国际上流行的性能设计理论的思路,考虑了在役结构的上述特点,对在役结构抗震性能评估方法提出了一种基于能力谱方法,并通过算例分析,验证了综合考虑这两方面因素的必要性和实际可行性。
The seismic behaviors of the existing structure are deteriorating for kinds of damages, but its following period of service is usually less than the designed service life. Based on the equal exceeding probability principle, the be suffered earthquake action of the existing structure in the following period of service should be reduced. Obviously, among these two changes, the former is unbeneficial to the evaluation, while the latter is beneficial. According to the theory of performance-based seismic design, the seismic performance evaluation method based on capacity spectrum method is put forward for the existing damaged structures, which takes above characteristics of the existing structure into account. By means of an example, the essentiality and feasibility of the considering two aspects have been validated for the existing damaged structure.
