摘要
介绍了一种UHF频段高机动、高可靠的高功率固态雷达发射机的组成情况。对650 W功率组件、功放电源及过工作比保护电路的设计等进行了具体分析,对影响固态雷达发射机可靠性的因素及提高其可靠性的方法作了较深入的探讨。
This paper introduces the construction of a high maneuverability ,high reliability and high power solid - state radar transmitter at UHF band. 650 W power amplifier modules, supplies of power amplifiers and a over-duty cycle protecting circuit used in the transmitter are analyzed concretely. The factors affecting the reliability of solid state radar transmitters and methods improving the reliability are discussed in detail.
