水权定价指标体系研究

Study on the Influencing Factors of the Water Rights Price

水权定价是水权交易中的一个重要问题,水权的合理定价对节约交易成本、促进水权交易顺利进行等具有重大意义.在分析水权价格影响因素的基础上,认为水权价格主要受供求关系、人们的预期、交易期限、社会因素、工程因素等因素影响.并在此基础上形成包括供求指数、预期的水权价格、水权交易期限、社会综合指数、工程综合指数和不确定性指数的水权定价指标体系,建议在水权定价时充分考虑这些指标.

The pricing of water rights is an important problem in water transactions. It is very important of pricing properly to save transaction cost and to advance transaction. The author analyzes the influence factors of water rights price, such as the relation between supply and demand, the people＇s prospect, the transaction term, social factors, engineering factors and so on. Based on analysis of these influence factors, some qualitative factors are quantified. Furthermore, an index system is put forward, including supply and demand index, prospected price of water rights, the transaction term, social integration index, engineering integration index and uncertainty index.
