乳杆菌粘附机制的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 乳杆菌是肠道内的生理性有益菌,乳杆菌粘附定植于肠黏膜上皮是其发挥生理作用的前提和基础,乳杆菌细胞壁表面的脂磷壁酸、S层蛋白、胞壁表面蛋白以及细胞壁多糖均参与了其与肠上皮细胞膜受体的结合。
