摘要 近年来,整合子在细菌耐药机制中的作用已越来越受到人们的重视,整合子的水平转移对于细菌间耐药基因的扩散和多重耐药性的产生起重要作用,现就目前国内外对细菌整合子的研究状况作一介绍。
