社区获得性耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 社区获得性耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(CA-MRSA)在耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)感染中占的比例呈逐年上升的趋势,已成为公共卫生中棘手的问题。该文就CA-MRSA的耐药机制、流行特征、判定及治疗作一综述,并与医院获得性耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(HA-MR-SA)进行比较。
