摘要
基于ANASYS软件对不同载荷分布下的端齿盘有限元模型进行了分析,通过端齿盘圆周方向的应力变化规律,得出齿的接触状态与载荷分布密切相关的结论。对端齿盘结构设计和载荷布置提出了建议。
The finite element models of the crown wheel under different distributions of loads are analyzed with ANASYS software. The conclusion that the contact states of the wheels are closely related with the load distributions is made through the rule of the stress changes around the circle direction of the crown wheel. Proposals are put forward for the design of the wheel structure and load distribution.
