介绍了佛山华丰纸业有限公司白纸板底层浆线的优化和改造情况。生产实践表明,改造后底浆线产能提高,纸机运行性能得到改善,降低了生产成本。
As the successive increase in machine speed and quality requirements, the waste paper processing becomes more and more important. This paper mainly introduces that the waste paper processing line of the Duplex board bottom layer reaches its targeted capacity through the optimization of the process, key equipment and operation. Meanwhile, the nmnability of PM is improved and the production cost is reduced.
